Get out of there. You know it isn't right. If you stay it will just get worse. If you go and don't get help, you will probably get into a similar or worse subsequent relationship.
All abuse is WRONG. Feeling good while being abused is not ok. That means sort of, if it weren't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all. Don't find pleasure in something bad just to find a way to put up with a situation.
