Is it normal that my adams apple rubs the back of throat

well... about 2 hours ago i found that my adams-apple or larynx has been scraping or rubbing against the back of my throat. its irritating and is getting a little sore... ive searched the internet too see what it is and theres nothing i can find. can anywon help me?

    I'm a girl, but I think I know what you mean. It depends on your age and stuff. Like if your a teenager, it's most likely because of puberty, but otherwise, if your older, I would see a doctor for a quick check-up. Not saying there is anything wrong with you, just to make sure your all good.

    Mine does the same thing but I normally just stop swallowing and talking. Sometimes it gets so bad it makes me gag. Yeah just try not swowlowing for a day or so and that should help
