Is it normal that mobile version of website won't let me upload a pic.

Whenever I create a post I always wish I could upload a picture for people to understand it easily. But I can't because the option is broken for me. Is it only me who have this problem?

It's not broken, you have to pay $5 to the site owner for it to work.
