It's the person that's loud all the time!!! Noooooo.

They need a mute button.

Seriously, I have to get away from them. That kind of obnoxiousness is just too much.

    You'd hate my town. Lots of people here are loud as hell for no reason. I don't even like it here. Lol

        Yep. A very weird part of NY that has gang issues. It was enough of an issue that the president went there recently and spoke about it. I'm not really in my town half the time anymore since people here are nuts. XD

        Half the time I live in my town and half the time I'm in my boyfriends town. I deal with less weirdos this way.

    I have someone very near and dear to me who gets loud and yells way too much when angry. I hate that bullshit, I get hurt, annoyed and mean, then I just tell the person to shut up. My parents and sister can also be quite loud as well, which is something I have a harder time tolerating the older I get. When someone gets too loud I can sometimes kinda just zone out and disassociate.
