Is it normal that it takes ages for me to pee or poop when i'm anxious?

Whenever I'm really upset or anxious, I find it hard to go to the bathroom. Like I'll wait for ages even though I'm busting to go pee, but it's like I won't even feel it because my mind will be on something else. And when I do go, it takes a while for it to come out because I guess I can't concentrate on the act. Same thing happened yesterday when I needed to poop, I was really anxious about something, but the poop took forever to come out almost like constipation. This only happens when I'm super anxious about something. Is this normal?

I can’t pee when I’m nervous, it feels like I have to but the second I try I can’t, but boy can I shit.
My stomach explodes anytime I’m nervous.

I clogged the toilet so bad the first time I was arrested that they thought I was trying to flush contraband and held me for longer.

So I’m going to say it’s normal to have bodily-function-based anxiety lmfao
