Is it normal that it feels like it burns when i pee sometimes?

It burns when I pee sometimes, but I don't feel like a have a urinary tract infection. Actually, this I noticed that this happens if I don't drink enough water. I know this because every time my vaginal area/urethra burns while I'm peeing, I notice that my pee is beyond yellow. My pee gets so dark that I'm actually letting out orange piss. At this point, I'm definitely dehydrated, so I know that can't be good. I'm usually on top of my water intake, but I'm in another country right now and whenever I'm out, I don't always get the chance to drink enough water.

  • Burning when peeing is a symptom of chlamydia. Get yourself checked.

It could however just be that you are dehydrated. Make sure you buy bottles of water that contain 5 litres or more just to make sure you have enough to last you all the way through to your next chance to drink.

  • You're obviously dehydrated. Drink more water. Dark yellow urine is a sure sign of this.

  • I'd recommend only drinking 5 to 6 bottles of water everyday for a week to see if the problem goes away. You're most likely just very dehydrated, I used to be dehydrated and had these same symptoms. It got to the point where I was in the hospital with an IV after being so dehydrated that I passed out. Ever since I've been drinking a steady amount of water and I've been fine. If you don't see an improvement after drinking 5-6 bottles of water everyday for a week, then you should probably seek medical attention.
