There is absolutely no way to hide something like that for any length of time.
Your smell will change, your time will be unaccounted for and your habits will change. You may actually feel some guilt and that will manifest itself in anger, which will confuse your partner and affect your relationship.
If you cheat you will lose what you have. Obviously, it's not enough for you, so why not be honest and just leave the poor bastard, and hurt him as little as possible?
