Ok, so when I was younger (like 6-7) I had a crush on my cousin. He is a year older then me and we where close like brother and sister. Now that we are older I still find him attractive, but would never act upon it. So I guess my question is. Is it normal to be attracted to my cousin?
P.s he's a first cousin.
Yes it happens were all human but as you said your are related so wouldn't act on it
I bet you he feels the same way. Sometimes being straight forward and just talking about it will solve the problem. Whats the worst that could happen. They say they don't feel the same way. You are still cousins and friends.
And if he does feel the same way, it could be pretty awesome.
It is normal to b sexually actracted to someone you did not grow up with.
Why would you never act upon it?

I had a crush on my slightly older cousin when I was a really little kid, too. I knew from history that ye olde kings and queens married their cousins all the time, so why wouldn't I? It kind of evaporated naturally like most of my crushes to as a consequence of meeting other girls.

Were I come from in Europe that's quite normal, allowed by law and parents or society do not complain. Marriage is allowed by catholic Church and so on.
I understand in many places its a big problem but not here.
