15 lbs is still not a few pounds. It is more than 10% of your body weight. Any time your goal is more than 10%, you are setting yourself up for failure. Focus on being healthy. However your current goal is very unhealthy and likely to cause you malnutrition. You are currently at a healthy weight, why change that?
And that, right there, should tell you that it is not something you can maintain. Don't kid yourself, your goal is unrealistic and unhealthy. It will leave you weak and prone to bone loss. Talk to a professional if you don't believe me. You are setting yourself up for disappointment and future health problems. Our bodies want to be healthy and you don't seem to know what that means.
Sweetie, with the way things are going, you're never going to be 'thin enough' to make yourself happy. You're already thin enough. Being underweight is unhealthy, too.
You lost 15 pounds before and you plan to do it again? Did you mean something else by that comment? Redefine thin because this idea of thin you have actually means unhealthy.
IIN that I want to lose weight but my boyfriend gets mad about it?

Maintain? I haven't gained weight. Being overweight is unhealthy. I just want to be thin enough.

I mean if you continue to the point of being underweight.
