I just want to be thinner and more toned in general. And it seems like the more I tone, the more I feel I need to tone after. I dunno. It's a never ending cycle lol
I get that, it can be addicting, just don't get too addicted and over do it. But when i was 17,18 I was like that too. I worked out nearly twice everyday and it felt great, I was only like a 160lbs but I could push O-line men on our football team that had 80lbs on me, but then my new job was already physically demanding and hard on knees and back that I eventually quit.
I always wanted to get back to it, my current job is less demanding so if i can manage to get more comfortable in it, I might join u again as someone that likes feeling good about how they feel after workouts
IIN that I want to lose weight but my boyfriend gets mad about it?
