Is it normal that i want to lose weight but i feel confident at the same time?

I'm 21 years old, I'm female, and I weigh about 160 pounds. Honesty, I know I'm just a little bit pudgy, but I'm aware of it. I have been slowly regaining the weight that I have lost in the past. I was also getting close to where I started when I first decided to start losing weight. It was all about vanity before though. I used to try to lose weigh as quickly as possible, My main goal was to be skinny. Now. I don't have any hang ups about my body because I have learned to accept myself as I am, even if it means accepting my pudgy self. Now, I try to focus on legitimate reasons for losing weight. For example, better health, having more energy, and being able to walk far without getting tired. It doesn't matter how fast or slow I lose the weight. I don't even care if it plateaus for a while. I actually like my belly and the way it pudges out a little bit.

Try to focus most on healthy eating and exercise, because you honestly don't sound that big. Without kmowing how tall you are, the size of your frame and how muscular you are it's hard to picture whether or not you are overweight. Anyways, I'm inclined to believe, as you've said, that you're chubby is all. Just be positive and treat yourself well.☺

Oh, I'm 5'7 and I have a medium frame. I'm not muscular though because I don't lift weights. Thanks for the positive note in your last sentence.
