As a child, I had problems with my Brain, and I would stop breathing sometimes, and once I just didn't start again for quite sometime, and my heart was on the verge of stopping. The hospital managed to keep me alive, and it felt horrible is all I remember. I believe that would be how it feels to die, and I didn't like it.
