Is it normal that i want to date this girl after only hanging out a few times?

I met this girl last year and after chatting for a bit I decided to ask her out on a date. Everything went great and we kissed, and I've been thinking about it for ages, I mean I really like her! Then this halloween we met eachother again at a party and we connected and shared a few kisses and whatnot, and I like her more! I've had a few relationships with really tomboy-ish girls in the past but she's really girly and funny, But I keep screwing up with people i'm close to. Should I ask her out or should I keep playing it safe until I know what her feelings are?? Help!!

    Ask her out now! If you don't do this, you'll end up becoming really close, and then if you tell her how you feel and she doesn't feel the same way, she'll throw you out of her life like a piece of trash. Trust me, it's one of the worst feelings in the world, and nobody deserves to go through it.
