    It's normal to like pretty people, but I voted not normal since you did creep him out. It's really not polite to stare a hole into people. It can make a person feel awkward, self conscious, or even scared for their safety since they have no idea what the person staring wants or what kinds of crazy things the person is capable of. XD

        Lol. I've been in both situations myself as the creep or the creeped on. I feel like everyone's been one or the other at least once in their lives.
