Humans, 8-26, male or female, experiment. It used to be called "kids will be kids." More often than not, first encounters are with siblings/parents/cousins/extended family.
I'm not sure if you feel very protective of your sister or not, but if I had a younger sister, I'd rather she learns stuff with me than some stupid boy (or girl) that will just use her, or at the very least hurt her emotionally.
I would just explain to her that you don't have those types of desires, but that you'll do what you can for her.
