Absolutely, there's only so many people you can support. If you keep letting the retarded life then that burden becomes greater and greater until eventually, it's back-breaking. Not that it's really a big issue anyway, we've completely fucked evolution with other things, contraception, abortion, benefits, looking after the retarded is just a drop in the bucket we're already fucked from an evolutionary perspective.
