Is it normal that i think the game " sinistar " is scary?

I recently stumbled upon a classic arcade game from 1982 that I haven't heard of earlier. It's called " Sinistar " and damn, does this game give me the creeps! Didn't even know it was possible for such an old, primitive game to actually be scary.

Skifree was another retro game for PC that scared people, scared me when I was a little boy playing it for the first time. That yeti came out of nowhere.

    3D Monster Maze was another one, turned around & the jet black T-Rex shadow monster was right on top of me.
