It's like any other job. If your unfit to do your job, they can your ass. Factories are hiring too. I'm sure they could go and work the streets on their own, if that's what you mean. I'm talking about the legal brothels.
Yeah, I am talking about prostitutes who aren't fit to work legally or couldn't get hired at a brothel. They're still going to sell themselves so how does the law affect them? What happens if they are caught? Has legal prostitution cleaned up the streets at all? Seems to me like it wouldn't really have an effect on street prostitution since there's a reason why they're on the street to begin with said reason would probably preclude them from legally working. I support legal prostitution but only if it doesn't harm street hoes even more.
Well, that's Germany, which has very liberal laws, jails that are better than most hotels and focus on rehabilitation instead of incarceration. Check out some vids on You Tube of the German penal system. Mind-blowing. As for what would happen in the U.S. is anyone's guess. So i really can't answer the question.

So what happens to the prostitutes who have STD's or otherwise aren't fit to work in a brothel? I'm sure they don't all just quit prostitution.
