I agree that parents should teach their kids more about sex and birth control, but to offer them money and birth control? That I don't agree with- if the kid wants to have sex, make them spend their own money on condoms and birth control pills.
But everything else, I agree with.
Oddly enough, my mom taught me about sex and girls' puberty, but it was my school that taught me about STDs and birth control (Specifically condoms. Diaphragms, sponges, those birth control rings that I see on commercials- I learned all of that on my own).
