Good point. Ultimately God wants what's best for his children, though. I doubt I'd have been given the intelligence and resources to use the pill if what was best for me entailed an unwanted pregnancy and poverty. I feel that it is pertinent to make the best of what we are given. I was given a working class family in a country that offers birth control practically for free, and I don't consider digging my family deeper into financial distress serving the lord or making the best of my resources. Ideologically I could be totally wrong but shoot, I am not having to listen to any screaming babies while I am doing homework and barely making ends meet. If Gods plan were for me to be a mother at 20 I doubt a few synthetic hormones would have gotten in the way. They haven't for some women...
