Forget guys! Im over trying to be friends with guys because at the end of the day, theres only one reason why they're wanting to hang out.
Im on dating sites trying to find lesbians. I notice dating sites are becoming more of the go to place to try and make friends.
Reason why I chose to try befriend lesbians is because I just think they'd make more effort in a friendship as opposed to straight girls. I just figure that since they're gay, and I'm a female, that its a better chance of them wanting to hang out with me. Idk if this sounds stereotypical but this is what I think. Tbh I'm probably incorrect because majority of all people make 0 efforts these days.
Also, my sister has noticed this and I'm bit worried she thinks its weird I'm making friends with a lot of lesbians ...IIN?

    why are you trying to find friends on a dating website? they might feel like you've been leading them on if you don't tell them straight up that you're only looking for friends and not a partner

    Why not give gay men a try? Not all gay men are flamboyant, chatty, and judgemental. Some are very down to earth and make awesome friends.

    Well there's one problem with your logic... The way I see it, ladies who like other ladies will do nearly the same thing as a guy would do...

    Even if she said she wasn't "into you in that way," I tend to believe that she'd try to do things with you as a guy would...

      In my experience most lesbians are very different and much more subtle and sensitive than a lot of men when it comes to initiating sex with a woman. Obviously there are many exceptions on both sides, I'm speaking generally.

    Guys do want to be your friend for the sake of being friends not for sex, the problems is when a guy hangs around a girl long enough he starts wanting to fuck her. So It's not really what the guys want from the start but yes it does usually end up that way.
