Proof that race preferences are natural are all around us. People stick with their own kind for the most part. This is most visible when you look at groups of friends at bars, clubs, group-trips, etc... groups tend to be homogenous. As the only minority in the group of friends my wife and I shared a while back I can atest to the fact that building a meaningful relationship is not the same even after years of spending time together. The moment I divorced my (white) wife I lost all these friends- not in an upront way, but as time passed invitations stopped coming. This is in part normal with relationships ofcourse, but I attribute a portion of it to the social element. My take? I enjoy all people so I won't shelter myself amongst my own, but I understand people who choose their race. It makes perfect sense in a time when such an admission is called "racism".
