Is it normal that i think bacon should not go on strawberry?

IMO it's the most disgusting combination anyone has ever seen or witness hell even the well known chefs would throw up seeing that to be fair.

Why not? Especially with a bridge gap cheese with minimal tang: like ricotta, or mascarpone, or cream cheese, they are delicious together.

If it isn't unhealthy, if it's not making some chemical reactions then who like it will like it. You dislike it which is perfectly fine.

You say it's disgusting and anyone else who likes it says those people who think it's disgusting is weird or stupid or anything else. There are no differences between those two statement. It's just both disagree and agree what they like. That's all

Bacon and strawberries does seem an odd combination to me, but that's just one of my dietary prejudices. Many Brits think that the American breakfast habit of pouring maple syrup on pancakes that are on the same plate as bacon and egg is weird too. In the British mindset, pancakes can be sweet, but bacon and fried, poached or scrambled eggs are savoury, and never should the twain meet. And any True Scot will tell you that you should never cook oatmeal in milk and then put put more milk and sugar on your porridge, but rather cook it in water and add a little salt.

Also, some people find that putting a tiny bit of salt on strawberries enhances their flavour.

An American here. This morning I had waffles with maple syrup & an easy over egg. I LOVE dragging my syrup covered waffle pieces thru the runny egg yoke. MMMMMmmmmmmm tasty.

Bacon wrapped fruit with cheese stuffing is always a fantastic thing, worldwide! I am with you Boojum, American and anyone that lets their maple syrup touch their savory eggs is a nasty weirdo.
