Is it normal that i tend to worry about stuff a lot?

Just as the title says: I worry a lot. I might over-worry to be honest.

    I do too! But It used to be worse, I'd panic so much about everything. I found that doing certain things helped me calm down, first of all, you need totell yourself
    -Does it have a solution?
    Yes? Then it is not a problem, no need to worry .just start moving in order to fix it
    -No? Then there's nothing you can do, so it stop being a problem and it's just a fact. you need to relax if this happens, breathe deep ( i had never believed in that, but it really does help with the first seconds of worrying), make yourself a tea, a bath, go for a run or a walk, just to like change whatever you were doing...

    Yes, it's normal!
    I worry ALL the time, to the point that I get extremely angry at myself.
    My main worries would be health related, I'd always be thinking I have some life threatening disease, going to the doctors for reassurance etc. But trust me, it does get better if you work on it.
    I had the most horrible year last year, I got so stressed out because I was worrying about my health which caused even more health problems which caused MORE stress.
    What helps me out is distracting myself, watching TV, going to the gym, hanging out with friends/family. Yeah I still worry, but I don't worry as much! :)
