People with severe mental and physical disabilities have helped advance technology. Just because they cant physically contribute themselves doesnt mean they cant be helpful to society.
To be fair he was normal until his 20s then got progressively worse. I think you could make an argument if you were bound in a wheelchair and speaking using a retina tracker by 4 yo.

I mean just because it exists to help doesnt mean weeding out some people who need it when the are born isnt unnecessary.
