I have chronic pain as well but I am 28. Pain usually comes from old injurys, injurys that are not repaired, tense muscles and malnutrition. So here are thing which might help. Get some vitimins, get a massage, do proper stretching before work out and if you dont work out start. Other things that cuase it are auctual physical problems but a the reason why age worsens injury is becuase young people ignore it, and as you are older its harder to ignore as your body becomes weaker.
