Am soo afraid of bein called fat so i suck my stomach in wherever i go. I am nt lactose intolerant, i don't drink beer. .and my diet includes low fat, low carb, high protein foods. N currently i weigh 174lbs. And do cardio 3 times a week. What should i do with the belly bloating?? What am i doing wrong?

  • If you are following the diet strictly and not deviating the answer is simple. You aren't working out enough. You should be lifting heavy and until failure.

Your body needs carbs along with protein to build muscle. Your gut problem may lie with not eating NET CARBS like real fruit and such.

There's a guy by the name of Brandon Carter you should look up about your FAT issue, he's no nonsensical, most his info is free and to the point. Highly recommended.

Why don't you link us a picture of your gut problem? FAT-ASS what are you afraid?

Are you that guy with the pic that looked like a self defense instructor that was sucking in his gut, white guy? Told you somebody had to say something about it. You then took your pic down? XD If so hey, I was being honest bro. I'm the same age and workout a lot myself. Some people will go into ketosis and loose the weight and then get on the bulking diet.

  • It's a posture thing. Lift your diaphragm, shoulders back.

  • If you're bloating, then you need to figure out which food is giving you gas. Though you might want to follow user I_Hate_My_Life123's advice too and increase your cardio.

  • You should work on burning off the fat before you build muscle. You're building muscle under fat, which can make it look a bit bigger. More cardio.
