Is it normal that i still like to annoy my mom and sister?

I'm a 21 year old girl, but I still like to annoy my mom and sister. I will often say stupid things, make random weird noises, and act like a mental retard. I usually do these things until things get out of hand. Like someone will get really ticked off or pissed and I get a kick out of such reactions. Of course I also laugh because I find the reactions amusing, but I exaggerate my laugh and make it sound even more obnoxious. My mom has almost busted me upside the head quite a few times.

      I usually just say or do any stupid thing I can think of. Some things that I like to do is call my sister a butthead a lot and make a really high pitched noise whenever my mom asks me a question. Basically, I will do anything I can to annoy the shit out of people. A lot of times I will stick my tounge out while my mom is talking to me and she gets so mad. I also like to play stupid by making it seem like I can't do anything right. This means that if my mom asks me to dry up anything that I spill, then I will throw a rag on the ground and make some noise as if I were struggling to pick it up. She always says its not that hard to clean up a mess and then I will use a whinny kid voice to say "I am picking it up so why are you being so mean?" These kind of things make a typical day for me.
