Is it normal that i stick my arm out the car window and let the wind hold it up?

i noticed that whenever i’m on a car ride with somebody, (since i don’t have a driver’s license yet) i have a tendency to stick my arm out of the window so the wind holds it up. not only do i do this, but it leaves me entertained for hour long rides. is this a normal behavior?

    I remember finding this mildly fascinating for a while when I was a kid - as in younger than ten years old, I suppose.

    Normal, everyone has probably done it. Tho I wouldn't say it would entertain me for an hour. After about 5 minutes of "windsurfing", I'd prefer to rest my hand on the more comfortable arm rest.
