Is it normal that i stare into people's eyes?

Sup yo awesome peeps!

Whenever i talk to people i stare directly at their eyes. Is it creepy? Please tell me the pros and cons of doing this weird staring thing. I honestly do it to show respect and that i am not a weirdo staring at their legs or arms or something.

      What's so special about brown eyes? Blue or green are way more appealing to me, imo. Maybe it's because I have brown eyes and find them boring

    I do, and it's usually to intimidate them or show them that that I view myself as an equal. When you look down or away from somebody's face you show yourself to be easily intimidated or anxious.

    i dont do it all the time usually just with my boss to show respect and when i get mad at someone i give them a cold soul piercing stare to try and assert my dominance
