Is it normal that i sometimes use an alt to roast myself?

Sometimes, I like to give myself a good roasting now and again with my alt. I've done this on other websites too; I just think that sometimes, I take myself way too seriously and I need to deflate myself a little. I like to pretend to be a different person when I roast myself, and I really get into the persona and everything.
