Is it normal that i sleep with a hat on?

I wear a circular cap-like hat to bed and I pull the front over my eyes to help me sleep better.

Is It Normal?

    Sorry everyone. I had a blond moment and I made a typo. I meant winter cap. I don't necessarily need my hat to sleep better but I'm under the impression that it does since it's kind of like a blinder. Since I refuse to sleep without my lamp on, I use my hat to provide more darkness.

    I hope that clears up any confusion.

      Sleeping with a winter cap sounds unusual but it's normal i think xD Try buying an eye mask, it's more suitable for that purpose.
