I'm not sure I understand what you asked. Also, not everybody here is from America. I've seen many people from Canada, UK, Australia, even a few non-English speaking countries. Not everyone here is caucasian either. This is a pretty diverse site.
Many people here seem to want to identify with other people as a whole, which I see nothing wrong with.
