But really, hallucinations (even mild ones)plus this sentence: "I fear they want me to do something criminal and irreversable to myself, but stop others from harming me." leads me to think of psychosis and schizophrenia. And for that you need to see a psychiatrist, who will probably prescribe some form of anipsychotic.
