I wouldn't go that far (if I've understood you correctly). What happens when there's a conflict of wants? X wants Y but Y doesn't want X. They can't both have their own way.
So you're not arguing that everyone should be allowed what they want without the additional qualifying proviso that all participants' feelings should be respected.
