I mean, apparently everyone does it, but I’ve never seen/heard of anyone do it and it’s an everyday thing for me. (I don’t do it in public obviously).
I use a cotton swap every morning for it. When ur taller ppl can see in your nose lol
Use a Neti Pot every day, maybe twice a day. This will loosen up all the mucous before it makes it to the nostrils. When you have finished with the Neti Pot, blow like crazy into the sink and rinse it away. Even if what you blow in the sink is clear, mucous is still in there. If you have hairy nostrils, get them waxed. Yes, it hurts but it it worth it.
it’s relatively normal but not healthy, and you should try to stop yourself from doing it in any way you can. try putting a bandage or piece of tape on your fingers so when you try to pick it you remember and move your hand away.
I'm probably a bit too unashamed of it lol. If the inside of my nose itches I'll scratch it in the middle of conversations. I'll use a tissue if it's available but it typically isn't.
