I remember when I was a little girl around 10 or 11 I would never care to clean my butt, I always wiped it but I never cleaned it when I took a shower/bath. I remember going to a doctor for an exam he was an older man and he had a nurse helper and she was a middle aged woman. I remember my doctor had me spread my butt open for him and the nurse to examine my and I bent over and spread my butt open and they gave me a good smelling wipe so I coul wipe my butt, they said my butt was not dirty but it was stinky. Me being 10 or 11 I thought it was normal for my butt to smell like butt, I am not talking about poop smell I am only talking about butt smell when a butt gets sweaty and smelly.
