Ok, so I have always been scared of peeing in front of someone (no matter who it is) at the urinal. If anyone's in the bathroom, I go straight to the stall. Is it normal to be scared to pee in front of someone around the urinal?

My shlong is average size but knowing that my unzipped penis is literally a misstep away from tripping into another guy's penis is a deal breaker for me.

I have the same problem. It's not that I'm scared, I literally can't do it, no matter how hard I push. It's really weird.
I have this but I'm gay so I just imagine rubbing the other guys' dick while he's rubbing mine and like auto start peeing... Backfire tho... I sometimes pop a boner in front of the other guy and once I popped a boner and the other guy started to rub my dick hard. I was pee shy for years. It bothered the hell out of me that I would freeze up at the urinal and not be able to start the flow. I was always jealous of the guys who would walk right up to a urinal and start peeing right away. I looked on the internet and found that anxiety is the cause. I took action and began a behavior modification project to train myself to be able to release the flow without hesitation.
After much time, patience, and conditioning, it worked. I went to a NFL football game last year where there were 20 urinals without dividers all in use. When one became vacant, I went for it and starting peeing shortly after I got into position. I was proud of myself. Could not have done that 10 years ago.
