I'm a 21 male. I have never felt sexually active at any point of my life. I masturbate to porn and admire and find girls attractive but have never thought of asking them out or try and find girls who would want to have sex. I do have anxiety mind but i don't feel like this is why.
I think it's normal. I lost my virginity at 21 BUT I never felt sexually interested in anyone until I met that dude. Maybe the people around you just aren't attractive or interesting enough to make the effort worth it. Now that it's over with him I'm back to being kind of asexual lol
I can relate to that, it took me a great while (years!) to develop general social confidence, then being more secure with the idea of sex, then growing physical intimacy till being comfortable with another body, and only then sex in fact happened - lost my virginity at 24. My advice is challenge yourself little by little, a social event, a course, a sport, a party, sooner or later you'll find someone who talks to your interests and taste and eroticism, then you'll get a chance to improve your abilities. Just try not antecipate too much, let things happen.
You sound like you're asexual. Asexual: Someone who feels no sexual attraction. Yeah, they can still masturbate and watch porn and find people aesthetically pleasing but just feel no sexual attraction.
