It sounds like u are in at least a fairly comfortable position in life(financially and physically). You just need to take control of your emotions. I would say see a mental health doctor about that, but on top of that i'd recommend something to be passionate about or get lost in. Gaming? TV shows? sports? a blog? channel that anger energy into something productive and build on that. you may make some money long the way
