Is it normal that i'm 23 and i've never been kissed?

I'm 23 years old and reasonably attractive. I would say I'm like a 6 without makeup and maybe an up to a 7/8 with. I've had crushes, been attracted to guys and I know guys have had crushes on me. But nothing ever happens! I feel old to have never been kissed.

    Just kiss someone already, I’ve been kissing people since preschool. I never made out until I was 15 though. That’s also when I went down on another girl for the first time. A lot of guys say it didn’t count as losing my virginity though, so I guess I lost that at 16 when I banged a dude.
