Is it normal that i lose and gain weight on and off all the time?

I tey to keep a steady weight but I can't when I lose weight I fell good and then I get carried away and start eating all kinds offing again and gain weight super quick!!??

Is It Normal?

  • Yea I go thru the same thing. It's hard to resist foods you love and it sucks when you take weight off and then go crazy on foods and put it on :/ it's like the hard work was for nothing
