It cost more money to shoot Star Trek on earth than it would cost to build a real enterprise and film it in space. They used special effects for the space scenes because they wanted to spend extra money for no reason.
No, but Star Trek didn’t involve building a real rocket and launching it. Many, many People were at and around the launch site when it took off. It’s not like everyone stayed home and watched it on tv lol, people forget that. They 100% built a space rocket and launched it. So yeah it actually would’ve cost them as much to fake it if indeed they did. Moon hoaxers are not the sharpest people, they have very a selective memory. The main cost being the very real, massive ass rocket they sent up 😂
Yeah I give dumb examples sometimes. Im not a scientist or any kind of activist for anything.
Rockets go up and its a cool show but you cant watch them go all the way up to space, I just cant see how any of this space stuff is more credible than a staged reality show. Its just way slower and less interesting.
Im not saying they faked it to save money, but imagine the technology never worked but they saw an opportunity to save face after wasting a ton of money and pardoning all those operation paperclip war criminals by faking it, and then they realized impossible pseudoscience was profitable with hollywood technology. They had a pretty strong grasp on how propaganda worked back then...
I ramble about this a lot but my point is I don't follow the religion of science, because most of it is scientifically unprovable and that makes it just another religion. Politics is a show, and most of the world is living in a dark ages scenario with internet access. The gods can land rockets in heaven, but we mere mortals aren't worthy of watching it.
How is science scientifically unprovable when it uses reductionist method, which ends up being fairly undeniable, to prove things. If it weren’t we wouldn’t be flying metal aeroplanes through the sky and microwaving our leftover pizza 😁
You can see real examples of airplanes and microwaves and figure out how they work. Garbage picked microwaves are easyish to fix, I just dont like to take the risk trying it out half the time.
If you can't do it yourself and have to trust videos made by people being paid to make the videos, that's not science. So that's a completely different issue from how planes and lawnmowers work.
Microwaves have nothing to do with space vehicles. I never said all electrical devices were fake bud...
Errr that’s irrelevant as those people must be employing scientific methodology to invent such things...not like we have aeroplane trees growing outside.
Funnily enough microwaves do have something to do with rockets....do you know the spoooooky connection between the two?
IIN that I like to question liberals
