I agree about "clam", but didn't mention it because it's borderline cringe. For that matter, referring to the external female genitals as the "vagina" is, in my opinion, a silly mistake for a woman to make, but so many do it that "vagina" now seems to be synonymous with "vulva" in popular usage.
My experience is that women who want to use euphemisms for their genitals tend towards sillier terms: fandango, foo-foo, vajayjay, bajingo, and so on.
IIN that I like to make sure my vagina is super clean?
