Yeah because if you have no intention to improve things needing improvement I don't really see the point in wanting criticism. Or maybe you just want to hear how people view you, but that's different from criticism and doesn't necessarily mean you need to change anything. But improvement is always positive either way, no one is perfect.

So you're saying it depends if I am willing to do something about it.
And saying that it is only less normal if I do not commit to those improvements?
