I'm an adult that likes spongebob. Even when my daughter isn't around I will still watch spongebob and actually enjoy it. Does this make me childish or what?

    I love cartoons but I've honestly never understood why SpongeBob is so popular, obviously is it completely normal to like it though.

    Although the intended audience is children, I think SpongeBob has a lot of jokes that only teens and adults would understand. Also, Bikini Bottom resembles a real life city or suburban area.
