I would say if you're going to random wakes that's not normal but if it's a wake for someone you or your family knows it could be normal to be curious but if it's becoming an addiction I'd say that's beyond normal.

Sorry, but I would definitely say this is not normal. Have you considered a career as a coroner or mortician? It's gross to most, but we need someone to fill those careers.

It's one thing to be curious about these things, but this is a tad over the top and not normal. Do you go to strangers funerals? If anybody ever asks why your there, I wouldn't tell them the truth.

Strange fetish, but ok. My mother always says the corpse looks good at wakes, and I've asked her never to tell me I look good.
