Is it normal that i like flexing my feet and calf muscles to give myself cramps

When im sitting at my desk at work or laying on the couch, i am always pointing my big toe down as far as i can to get the bottom of my feet to cramp up. Then i pull it back up.

Is It Normal?

  • I hate that! I'll be stretching and stuff then all of a sudden my calf will charlie horse and sometimes it takes forever to go away sometimes! The worst is when I'm sleeping and it does that :0

  • Good for circulation, esp being at a desk for long periods of time. I dunno why you do it until you cramp up though, but it sound normal to me!
