I like being constipated because it helps me to suppress happiness. It also helps me suppress memories of the terror of being harshly toilet trained when I was whipped with a stick that had thorns on it. (My religious mother got the idea from Jesus's crown of thorns.)
Anyway, is this normal?
You are not mindlessly happy. I have read about your gaslighting family. This means you are well familiar with a constipation mindset, regardless of regularity.
Well, the thing about your situation is that the reason why you like being constipated sounds rather odd. Most people who enjoy being constipated enjoy it for other reasons that I won't get into.

I'd way rather have diahrea than constipation. Just a personal preference.
I had bad colitis about 13 years ago, and that diarrhea was Hell! I was on painkillers, and had to be on a liquid diet until the pain, and inflammation was gone. I was from work for about 6 weeks! It was no joke.
Constipation can cause hemorrhoids, and it can contribute to the development of IBS.
I gives me faith that some fortunate people like you get good enough parents that they go into denial about these things. Just remember that sicko people have kids. If you were born into a family like this, there would be little you could do.
Nobody ENJOYS being constipated. It's miserable because ur stopped up, feel uncomfortable, need relief, etc. And you come along and say it's fun. That's why ur a troll.
No, it's not fun. But, I'm sort of a fatalist. I don't like excessive fun. I don't like mindless happiness. I admire Alfred Hitchcock. He scared the wits out of mindlessly happy people. I guess I'm saying that my natural state of mind is the same as yours when you are constipated. And, I'm sure you have met (and avoided) people like that.
