Oh for goodness sake, pregnant women don't produce milk until after they've given birth: what would be the point? Think about it. The only exception would be if the woman is still breastfeeding a previous child.
Why would a kitten need a fake breast? OP needs to talk to a vet or someone else qualified to give advice on how to feed & care for a kitten, and human breastfeeding is not one of the options.
